I first visited Sylvia Park shortly after it opened in and since then it has seen a lot of expansion. Our most recent visit was on Waitangi Day so it was extremely busy, there is a lot going on at Sylvia Park with a multi screen cinema as well as a huge range of stores, bars and restaurants. It is easy to get to with good transport links, we visited by train with the railway station being a few minutes walk from the shopping centre and the trains running frequently on Eastern Line for services to Auckland and Manukau.
